Welcome to Love Food Nourish! Cooking nutritious, delicious meals for my family is one of my greatest joys.

With 18 years in the natural health industry, I bring a wealth of experience, including running my own full-time private practice as a Registered Naturopath in beautiful Auckland, New Zealand—an opportunity that allowed me to help others enhance their well-being.

Becoming a mum shifted my focus, leading me to explore my passion for cooking and nutrition. Now, alongside my naturopathic work, I develop recipes and create nutrition-focused content for other professionals in the health and wellness industry.

I love crafting wholesome, nourishing recipes with healthy twists on classic dishes and sharing my knowledge to inspire others.

I’m a registered naturopath and certified mental health and wellness coach with 18 years of experience, specializing in the connection between gut health and mental health.

I create recipes and wellness content, combining my expertise in nutrition, photography, and writing to inspire healthier, balanced living. I also do freelance recipe development, content creation, and meal planning for other professionals in the health and wellness industry.

I’m passionate about good, tasty food, nutrition, and the powerful link between gut health, mood, and mental well-being. Recently, I’ve incorporated my additional training in mental health into my consultations, offering a more holistic approach to well-being.

I originally created this site as a resource for my clients with food allergies and intolerances, but it has since grown into a space for anyone looking to enjoy nourishing, whole-food recipes.

Even if you don’t have diagnosed food sensitivities, these recipes are designed to be enjoyed by everyone. They focus on unrefined, nutrient-dense ingredients—without sacrificing flavor.
