These easy homemade peach popsicles are full of healthy ingredients making them the perfect snack for kids (or adults) to cool down on a hot day.
There is only a handful of ingredients in these dairy free popsicles - peaches, banana, coconut cream and honey.
They couldn't be easier to make - simply pop the ingredients in a blender, pour into moulds, freeze, and enjoy!
We are on a bit of a peach frenzy at the moment! We have moved into a new house and are lucky enough to have an abundant peach tree in our garden.

These popsicles are naturally sweetened with honey and unlike your store bought popsicles contain no additives or food colouring.
This means the flavour is a lot milder than store-bought popsicles, however peaches, coconut cream and honey make a winning combination and these are pretty popular with kids on a sunny day!
These popsicles are mildly sweet, I have used a minimal amount of honey - you can add more if you prefer.
I prefer my little boy to enjoy these as they are and not get used to overly sweet treats. He loves them as they are which is all good by me.
I am pretty partial to one myself when I need to cool down!
Additional Recipe Tips and Variations:
- Other stone fruit such as mangoes, plums, nectarines would work well in place of the peaches.
- Ensure you use full-fat coconut cream, not the light version, shake the can before use so that the thick cream at the top is dispersed.
- If you would like these popsicles to be Vegan you can replace the honey with maple syrup.
- If you would like the sugar content of the popsicles to be as low as possible then you could use stevia drops, I would suggest 10 to 20 drops. To test the sweetness taste while the ingredients are still in the blender, adjust and add more as desired.
- If you want to add more of a creamy texture to the popsicles try soaking some cashews and blending these up with the rest of the ingredients.
- To get the popsicles out of the moulds run them under room temperature water and wriggle them around until loose.
How to store homemade popsicles:
I simply keep the popsicles in their moulds on a flat surface in the freezer and pull them out one at a time until they are all gone.
If you are short on flat freezer space you could remove them all at once and freeze them in a zip lock bag.
