Lemon Tahini Dressing (Vegan)

This easy to make lemon tahini dressing is slightly tangy, smooth and ultra thick and creamy. With its hint of zesty lemon and garlic it makes a great dressing to pour over salads, roasted vegetables, falafels or enjoy as a healthy dip for veggie sticks. Vegan and Dairy Free.

This lemon tahini dressing is super versatile. You can make it in as little as five minutes and instantly you have jazzed up your dish (which may just be a simple side of veggies) giving it extra flavour.

My favourite way to enjoy this dressing is simply poured over roast vegetables, it adds extra flavour and texture and it is a good way to add some extra protein, minerals and healthy fat into your meal (source).

If you are dairy free and missing adding creamy dressings to your food then this dressing can be a great “creamy” dairy free replacement.
