This easy to make lemon tahini dressing is slightly tangy, smooth and ultra-thick and creamy. With its hint of zesty lemon and garlic, it makes a delicious dressing to pour over salads, roasted vegetables, falafels or enjoy as a healthy dip for veggie sticks.
This lemon tahini dressing is Vega, Dairy-Free, Paleo, and Keto friendly.
I love this easy tahini dressing as it is super versatile. You can make it in as little as five minutes and instantly you have jazzed up your dish (which may just be a simple side of veggies) giving it extra flavour.
My favourite way to enjoy tahini dressing is simply poured over roast vegetables, it adds extra flavour and texture and it is a good way to add some extra protein, minerals and healthy fat into your meal (source).
If you are dairy-free (by choice or need) and are missing adding creamy dressings, dips, and sauces to your food then this dressing can be a great “creamy” dairy-free replacement.
