Hope is a Registered Naturopath (graduated 2010) and Mental Health and Well-Being coach. Hope incorporates nutrition, natural medicine, mental health coaching, and behavior change techniques—such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy—to help you achieve lasting results.

Hope is passionate about all things related to good food, nutrition, and the food-mood connection including the impact gut and hormonal health has on our mental fitness.

Hope has a wealth of experience working with clients facing a range of health issues, with a special interest in supporting women experiencing stress, anxiety, and digestive disorders. She is particularly passionate about the connection between mental well-being, nutrition, and gut health, recognizing that imbalances in the gut can significantly impact mood, stress levels, and overall health. Hope helps clients achieve better balance and long-term well-being by addressing these areas together.
