- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2-3 dates
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sea Salt
How to make this Salted Caramel Smoothie.......
It really is super easy!
- You can use dried dates or medjool dates. If you are using dried dates and you don't have a strong blender you may need to soak them in warm water first for 10 minutes to soften.
- Simply pop all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add more salt if desired.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with an extra sprinkle of sea salt and cinnamon.

- Add 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder to make this smoothie a salted chocolate caramel smoothie.
- Pop the blitzed smoothie in a bowl and top with some chopped nuts, coconut flakes, chopped banana, and cacao nibs to make a delicious smoothie bowl.

- For extra protein add some soaked cashews or almonds or vanilla protein powder and blitz.
